THE stars of the New England Patriots dynasty have reunited on Fox as game analysts.
Tom Brady, Julian Edelman, and Rob Gronkowski are all working together for the first time since their playing days.
The three of them will be working the Super Bowl together too, something Gronk already has experience doing as an analyst.
Since he already has experience, Gronk had to tease Brady and Edelman about being rookies.
“I’ve got some Super Bowl experience under my wing as an analyst,” Gronk said.
“I’m pretty sure you two have not done a Super Bowl yet.
“Are you guys a little nervous coming up?”
Edelman shared that the nerves were getting to him, but he was happy to have Gronk around to help.
“Little nervous,” Edelman said.
“But we’ve got you. You’re a safety blanket.”
Brady didn’t show any signs of nerves, and shared a personal story about being in Philadelphia.
“You know what’s great about being here?” Brady said.
“The first time I ever yelled at Julian was on this field. It was a preseason game, 2009. I was on about the 35-yard line.
“He got a punt, he was running side to side, they end up repunting.
“I said ‘Julian get upfield!’ He catches the ball right after that and goes 70 yards for the touchdown. What a way to break him in.”
NFL fans loved to see the gang back together, and shared their thoughts on social media.
