A TOP-SECRET Google gadget that hasn’t been released to the public was spotted in a video starring F1 driver Lando Norris.
The McLaren ace took part in a promo video for the new Google Pixel 10 phone launch – and eagle-eyed fans caught a mystery product in the clip.

Google’s video shows Lando Norris swapping sports with pro basketball player Giannis Antetokounmpo.
The pair used the Google Gemini Live chatbot – which offers spoken conversations in real-time – to get sports guidance.
And in a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment featuring Norris, an unknown Google gadget is visible on a side table.
The mysterious speaker device was caught and shared in two different Reddit threads, earning dozens of upvotes from excited Google fans.
One of the poster’s said: “Just noticed this in the Made By Google event.
“But couldn’t find anything regarding that device at the Google website. But I’m definitely excited!”
Another Google fan on Reddit replied: “I just saw that! Wow, if they actually kept something like that from being leaked I will be freaking out.”
Another said: “I totally missed this! When was it?”
Google has released several speakers under its Nest brand over the years.
But the gadget on the table doesn’t look like any known Google Nest smart speaker.
Fans are speculating that this might be a new Google Nest Mini smart speaker.
The most recent Google Nest speaker was the Nest Audio, which came out on October 5, 2020.
There was also a Google Nest display (with speakers built in) that landed in March 2021, but has since been removed from sale.
And the Google Nest Mini’s latest version is even older, landing on October 22, 2019.

It was an update to the original Google Home Mini, which launched in October 2017.
But this speaker is clearly taller than the old Nest Mini, and far smaller than the Nest Audio.
It has a white body with a light ring beneath that shows when the virtual assistant is active.
Norris asked the speaker for advice on basketball, and it responded out loud.
It came during the same event where Google showed off the new Gemini for Home voice assistant.
It’s a Gemini-powered AI assistant coming later this year that’s expected to replace the old Google Assistant on Google Nest speakers.
But all Nest devices are now years old, so Google is expected to launch new gadgets imminently.

Google rival Apple is also expected to introduce an updated range of small smart speakers later this year.
New versions of the HomePod Mini have been rumoured to appear at the company’s iPhone 17 event, which we’re expecting to take place in September.
But Apple hasn’t confirmed any such plans, so don’t mark your calendars just yet.
