A TOURIST has been killed following a horrific shark attack off the coast of a popular beach resort in Egypt.
Another traveller was left injured after the horrifying tragedy at the Red Sea holiday hotspot on Sunday.

The horrifying attack happened at the Marsa Alam resort, the country’s environment ministry confirmed.
Egyptian authorities have not confirmed the nationalities of these tourists but Italian media reported they were both Italian men.
Both travellers were moved to hospital in Port Ghalib, around 30 miles north of Marsa Alam.
The area around the death site has been closed off to visitors and locals for two days.
Egyptian authorities added that the horrifying incident happened in “deep waters outside the designated swimming area”.
The Red Sea has been a popular locations for tourists looking to dive among marine life.
