Vivo is all set to unveil its new smartphone dubbed Vivo V60. The new Vivo V60 is appearing on several different certification websites suggesting that the official launch will be released very soon, perhaps as early as August 12, 2025. Being a possible successor to the Vivo V50, the device is likely to offer minor design improvements, a speedy chipset, and a few flagship-grade characteristics, all of which come at a higher mid-range price category.

Here’s What We Know About Vivo V60:

The Vivo V60 has now appeared on TDRA, adding to its earlier listings on SIRIM, IMDA, TKDN, and BIS certifications. It suggests that the phone is headed to markets like India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. The model number listed is V2511, and although the TDRA listing doesn’t reveal much in terms of hardware, it further confirms that the official launch is just around the corner.

Processor:

According to the leaks, the Vivo V60 will be based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, which is a good mid-range processor that supports a pleasant multitasking, gaming, and general performance. It is also anticipated to be equipped with 8GB of RAM which ought to be more than sufficient to accommodate the needs of majority of users who require a responsive and smooth experience.

Software-wise, Vivo will probably release the phone with Funtouch OS 15 built on top of the latest Android 15, meaning that it will be among the first few phones to be released with Google next major software version.

Display:

According to early leaks, the device will feature a 6.67-inch OLED panel with an in-display fingerprint sensor. While the refresh rate hasn’t been confirmed yet, Vivo typically includes a 120Hz panel in its premium V-series models, so we can expect a smooth visual experience.

Camera:

The Vivo V60 has been tipped to feature a 50MP primary camera on the rear side of the panel. Other sensors are not outlined yet, but Vivo V-series is noted as providing quite acceptable portrait-friendly camera arrays, night-time photography, and social media documenting. It would have a high-res front camera, too, which is yet to be fully disclosed.

Battery:

One of the standout features of the V60 could be its massive 6000mAh battery. If true, this would be one of the largest battery capacities in the segment. Combined with fast charging support, this battery could easily power the device through a full day of heavy use

Price:

Although Vivo has not given any official statement, the leaks in the industry indicate that it will be launched on August 12. Flipkart and Amazon have not dropped any teaser, yet the constant verification of certifications indicates that Vivo may be preparing a release in the nearest future. The Vivo V60 is also anticipated to cost between 40,000 and 45,000 INR which makes the smartphone a relatively high cost premium mid-ranger.
