After an order arrived late, a frustrated customer took to X to complain and Walmart has vowed to get to the bottom of it.

They slammed the supermarket’s communication system as “not acceptable” and urged the retailer to do something about it.
On X, the shopper fumed: “Hey Walmart, can you get it together and fix what is obviously broke, with either your system, or the store, in COMMUNICATIONS?
“The experience I am going through now, to just get an order delivered, that was SUPPOSED to come yesterday, is NOT acceptable!”
Walmart reportedly rescheduled the order but, to the customer’s dismay, they were given no information about this.
They then wrote a follow-up post, further detailing the enraging situation.
“So, after your customer associate said my order was rescheduled by the store for today, I still received no emails, could find nothing in the website,” the shopper added.
“Another associate said a driver was scheduled, but he couldn’t guarantee it would be delivered. Well, it wasn’t.”
At this point, a spokesperson for Walmart stepped in to try and help.
The Walmart Help account responded to the fiery posts promising to help.
It commented: “We want to get to the bottom of this.
“Please send us a DM with your order details, so we can take a look.”
Unfortunately, it appears that despite the chain stepping in, the problem was not quite fixed.
The shopper posted another message saying: “You got messages, because after being PROMISED that it would come this morning.
“It did not.”
This isn’t the first time Walmart has found itself feuding with a customer lately.
A shopper with a hilariously ironic name has been caught stealing over $20,000 worth of merchandise using a sneaky self-checkout trick, cops said.
Speedy Gonzalez, 40, allegedly evaded cops with his clever schemes until a damning surveillance video finally got him nabbed.
He successfully stole at least 20 times by taking advantage of Walmart’s self-checkout, according to police.
The brazen man would allegedly stuff large empty containers, like a trash can or mailbox, with expensive smaller items, then scan the cheap bin at checkout and waltzed out with a trove of treasures.
Gonzalez walked away with “nicotine, gum, diabetic strips” and other “high-priced items” without even getting a glance from workers, Gainesville Police Lieutenant Kevin Holbrook told Fox affiliate WAGA.
