Whoop’s next big health upgrade is finally going global. The company has confirmed that its Advanced Labs feature, which ties your wearable data to real-world biomarkers, will begin rolling out to users outside the US before the end of 2025.
The feature first launched stateside in September 2025, offering user access to detailed lab testing for over 65 biomarkers covering everything from hormone levels and heart health to sleep, inflammation, and cognitive performance.
Results are then analysed in-app and paired with personalised health recommendations, allowing users to track progress over time.
For now, though, the rollout will be limited. Whoop says that users in regions including Europe, the Middle East, and Asia will initially only be able to upload existing lab results such as vitamin D or cholesterol tests to sync with their Whoop data. That feature is set to arrive later this year, with some users reporting a November timeline via Whoop’s AI assistant.
The full version of Advanced Labs, which includes clinician-reviewed testing and dedicated assessments for 65 biomarkers, is planned for a global launch in 2026, according to their Reddit post. In the US, Whoop currently partners with Quest Diagnostics to facilitate these tests, though it hasn’t yet confirmed which laboratory providers it will use internationally.

Pricing details outside the US are also still under wraps. Stateside, Advanced Lab tests start at $199, with discounts available when booking multiple sessions. Uploading existing lab results, however, will remain free of charge. The update is expected to roll out across all Whoop devices, including the Whoop 5.0/MG, which is the best fitness tracker you can buy right now.
When the expansion is complete, Advanced Labs could turn Whoop into one of the most comprehensive personal health platforms on the market, combining wearable data, bloodwork, and actionable coaching all in one app.
Until then, global users will have to settle for syncing their own results and keeping an eye on their inbox for rollout updates.
