Most notable with today’s Wine 10.8 release is making use of user-handles in shared memory for allowing better performance. In addition to that performance improvement for user handles, Wine 10.8 also brings improvements to the TIFF image support, continued work on the PDB back-end, and various bug-fixes.
Wine 10.8 has 18 known bug fixes ranging from games like Final Fantasy XI Online to apps like Vegas Pro 14.
