With no Wine 11.0 release candidate last Friday due to the New Year festivities, Wine 11.0-rc5 is out today and it comes packing 32 bug fixes for the past two weeks.

The Wine 11.0 release candidates are continuing until the Wine 11.0 stable release is ready to take place sometime this week. For reference, Wine 10.0 saw six RCs before its stable release while Wine 9.0 saw five RCs. Long story short, the stable Wine 11.0 release will likely be in the next week or two depending upon how the bug reporting/fixing and testing goes over the coming days.

Of the 32 bug fixes in Wine 11.0-rc5 are for games like Monster Truck Madness 2 and Rocket League to BioShock 2 and others. There are also some general bug fixes and a few app fixes like for the VirtualBox installer but the fixes this round are rather heavy on the gaming side.

The full list of Wine 11.0-rc5 fixes can be found via the release announcement on WineHQ.org.
