As usual with Xiaomi, the names are inspired by smartphone references: pro, max, ultra… Names that are now familiar to you and promote the effect of asymmetric domination (or the decoy effect). A marketing technique that encourages you to take the model above or below (depending on the competitor’s position), but never the in-between.

Incidentally, please note that after a decline to 340 euros in 2024, the average basket for the purchase of a scooter rose to 500 euros in 2025.

Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Lite : 329,99 €

This is the last vestige of the old series. Designed for city dwellers looking for an affordable additional solution, the Lite version plays the “compact” card for 2026 (so still big). With its 300W motor (500W peak) and its 216 Wh battery, it provides the essentials with a range of 25 km (i.e. 10-12 real), sufficient for the “last kilometer” or local journeys.
It’s the featherweight of the family (18.1 kg), equipped with 10-inch pneumatic tires (the only one in the range), a front drum brake and double spring suspensions to soften the cobbles.

At this Price, we logically skip some comforts such as indicators or traction control, but it retains IPX4 certification and a minimalist design faithful to the brand’s DNA.

The model that allows you to take the metro without being insulted by the whole car and that is priceless.

Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 : 399,99 €

The first 100% Xiaomi model plays the value for money card for the general public. For 70 euros more, you upgrade to a significantly faster motor (up to 800W peak) capable of climbing slopes of 18% (on paper), and above all, you almost double the range, which climbs to 45 km (i.e. 18-20 in real life).

Xiaomi is also moving upmarket on the cycle part with the adoption of 12-inch tubeless tires, double suspension at the front and single at the rear. Which makes it significantly more permissive on degraded roads.

Its design evolves with a “Kicktail” chassis finally allowing a footrest at the rear. The waterproofing upgrades to IPX5 (which makes it fully capable of taking heavy rain, although older models were capable of that too).

The problem is that with 26.3 kg on the scale, it won’t fit a wheel in a subway car. It will also be difficult to climb the floors with it.

Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Pro : 549,99 €

We are reaching a milestone with the Pro version, which is aimed at those who need a little more power (not to go on the highway, the scooter being neither a Mercedes nor a 406), but to climb slopes announced at 22% by Xiaomi.
For this, the motor climbs to 1000 W peak. It is powered by a 468 Wh capacity battery for an announced range of 70 km (or 32-35 km in real life).

It’s also the Pro that features advanced safety technologies, such as the TCS (traction control) system, useful for maintaining grip in rainy weather, and a front disc brake for more bite. The 12-inch tires benefit from a deeper structure to get off the beaten track.

She weighs 27.3 kg (still more).

Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Max : 649,99 €

For 100 euros more, the Max version improves the Pro version (the famous decoy effect). The motor produces 50 W nominal (450 W) and 100 W peak (1100 W). The screen improves to a 3-inch TFT. It has useful information and settings.

This Max retains the 70 km (theoretical) of the Pro but introduces fast charging, allowing you to fill up with electrons in just 3 hours.
The handlebars mimic those of the Ninebot and adopt a 2-in-1 motorcycle-style accelerator, while retaining the traditional trigger.

A second mechanical disc brake finally sees the light of day.

Like Ninebot and Navee, Xiaomi includes Apple’s “Locate” function. to find your mount in the event of theft, the waterproofing validates the IPX6 standard.
This is the model designed for long daily journeys where comfort must not suffer from any compromise. And spoiler: this was verified during handling.

Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Ultra : 799,99 €

For the Ultra, Xiaomi mimicked its electric car, the SU7 Ultra. The flagship of the range, the heaviest, the most expensive and the one offering the most autonomy.
The Electric Scooter 6 Ultra has a 500W nominal motor for 1200 W peak, a torque of 45 Nm, supports a rider weighing up to 140 kg and should climb a hill of 25%.

The 585 Wh battery (at 48 V) must ensure 75 km of theoretical autonomy, or at least 40 km in reality.

It benefits from double-arm suspensions at the front and rear. The 12-inch wheels are shod with tubeless tires whose particular structure resembles crushed studs. Let’s see how it holds up.

The other side of the coin is that this riot of equipment generates a weight of 33.7 kg on the scale, which is intended for those who will not have to carry it up the stairs.

All are available in all good creameries today. And good news never comes alone: not only was I able to ride a little with the Scooter 6 Pro and Ultra, but also, I am currently testing the flagship. So stay tuned.
