Microsoft is getting ready to show the first gameplay of Forza Horizon 6 next week, and it might also be ready to put a date on its release, too. X poster Xbox Infinite claims they received a Forza Horizon 6 preorder notification inside Forza Horizon 5, implying that the release date of the new title is May 19th.
I haven’t been able to reproduce the message myself, but the X poster claims it appeared in the garage section of Forza Horizon 5. Sources tell me that Microsoft has been planning to release Forza Horizon 6 in the May timeframe, so this date does align with Microsoft’s plans.
The notification also notes that the Premium Edition of Forza Horizon 6 will include early access on May 15th, as well as VIP membership, a welcome pack, car pass, and time attack car pack. Two premium expansions and an Italian Passion car pack are also coming post-launch, according to the leaked notification.
Forza Horizon 6 will be set in Japan, and will will debut initially on Xbox and PC in 2026, but not on PS5 day and date. Playground Games and Turn 10 Studios are working to bring Forza Horizon 6 to PS5 “post-launch.”
