Citing people familiar with the matter, management at BYD said during a Monday analyst briefing that the company is confident its exports will reach 1.5 million units this year. The annual export target has been raised to 1.5 million units, an increase of 200,000 from the 1.3 million units set in January, representing year-on-year growth of more than 40%. As for whether BYD will ultimately achieve the 1.5 million export goal, this will be revealed when the company discloses its production and sales figures early next year. Its 2025 sales and overseas performance were announced on January 1 this year, and the disclosure timing next year is also unlikely to change. [TechWeb, in Chinese]
