The consultant Accenture has bought the Spanish company Keeplera move with which it hopes to give a boost to its local business divisions dedicated to AI and data. Specifically, it plans to use its assets to help its clients redesign their business processes through AI solutions based on data governance.
Founded in 2018, Keepler offers AI and data capabilities that cover the entire value chain, from defining data strategy and building intelligent cloud-native data platforms to deploying advanced analytics, generative and agentic AI that integrates intelligence into business processes.
Keepler, which focuses on driving value through modern, secure data technologies and preparing data for AI. It works in an industrialized manner, with a strong focus on ethics, regulatory compliance and robust systems oversight. Everything to improve process automation and decision making. With this model, Keepler makes it easy for companies to modernize their data architecture, implement DataOps and MLOps practices at scale, and apply AI across the enterprise.
It currently has more than 240 employees spread across its offices in Madrid, London and Lisbon. It consists of a team composed, among others, of profiles of technical architects, data scientists, analysts and software engineers. All will become part of the Accenture workforce. The terms of the operation are unknown.
