If you’re looking for a premium gaming monitor and a good deal at the same time, you’re in luck. Over at Newegg, the ASUS ROG Strix 34-inch monitor is on sale for a staggering 57% off. Originally, it went for $700, but now you can bring it home for just $300. So let’s take a long look at what you’re getting at such a nice price.

This Asus ROG monitor sports a 34-inch screen as as well as a 180Hz refresh rate, meaning that your gameplay will be running smooth and maximized for immersion. Its Low Motion Blur Sync technology works together with G-SYNC compatibility, which aims to get rid of screen-tearing. This makes sure that you have any distractions while you’re in the middle of a gameplay session.

This monitor also has GameVisual user controls, which lets you customize your settings depending on what kind of genre of game you’re playing, including racing, real-time strategy, role-playing games, and first-person-shooters. Taking advantage of these settings allows you to stay at the top of your game.

Our expert reviewed a similar but older model of the ASUS ROG Strix back in 2019, awarding it an “Excellent” rating. He said in our Asus ROG Strix XG438Q review, “If a TV or an Nvidia BFGD is too big for your gaming, but a regular monitor is too small, the 43-inch Asus ROG Strix XG438Q is a lustworthy alternative for serious players. It’s not cheap, but its panel is nimble and eye-popping.”

At this much of a mark down, the ASUS ROG Strix 34-inch XG349C sure looks like a great deal. Be sure to check out other deals on Newegg that we’ve spotted over the past week too.
