What advice would you give to a first-time founder?
Enjoy it! There can be a lot of stresses and challenges involved in running a business – that’s a given. It can be easy to over-index on those, to the point of almost not allowing yourself to lean into the good bits.
But there are tons of elements which are enjoyable and, dare I say, fun! Being a founder is a huge privilege, so try and ride the highs when they come….
