Unparalleled progress: twelve months of impact
Since its launch in November 2024AIHK has quickly established itself as an independent, industry-agnostic platform focused on accelerating the adoption and commercialization of AI around the world. - Built a high-caliber team of more than 50 AI experts, including C-suite leaders and digital transformation executives, representing Hong Kong’s most innovative companies.

Promoting gender equality through the AIHK Women‘s Council
AIHK continues to promote a more inclusive technology ecosystem. The AIHK Women’s Council further promotes gender equality and empowers women in AI leadership through targeted initiatives, mentorship and industry collaboration.
Establishing responsible AI through the AIHK Safety & Governance Council
To underscore its commitment to ethical AI, AIHK has established the Safety and Governance Council, which brings together leading academics and industry experts to develop standards, assess risks and shape policies for responsible and useful AI. The Council oversees AI safety guidelines and risk management protocols, and promotes and positions dialogue with policymakers and global experts Hong-Kong as a leader in responsible AI development.

AIHK is proud of the “AI Industry Ecosystem in Hong-Kong‘ report from the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC) and Deep Knowledge Group. The study emphasizes Hong Kong’s growing AI ecosystem that includes more than 500 organizations, 290 AI companies and 183 investors, as well as its potential as a global innovation center.
