At CES 2026, Chinese tech company RayNeo introduced the X3 Pro Project eSIM AR glasses, which it says are the first AR glasses for consumers that can work independently. With a built-in eSIM and 4G connection, the glasses allow you to make calls, chat with AI in multiple ways, translate languages instantly, and stream music — no phone needed. They are powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon AR1 platform and run RayNeo’s RayNeo AR application virtual machine.

RayNeo said the device uses a dual-eye full-color MicroLED display with a visual effect equivalent to a 43-inch transparent screen, combined with nano-etched waveguide technology, delivering 16.7 million colors while keeping the headset lightweight, with the overall weight only 2 grams heavier than its predecessor.
