The price cut follows Apple’s recent adjustment, which brought the official price of the iPhone 16 down to Rs 69,900, compared to the original launch price of Rs 79,900.

iPhone 16 Specifications

The iPhone 16 arrived in India in September 2024. It features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits and comes with Ceramic Shield protection. The handset runs on Apple’s A18 chipset, built on a 3nm process, and includes a six-core CPU, five-core GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine.

For photos and videos, the iPhone 16 includes a 48MP Fusion main camera along with a 12MP ultrawide camera. On the front, it features a 12MP camera for selfies and FaceTime video calling. The phone includes features like the Dynamic Island, 5G support, and improved battery efficiency over the previous model. Apple has also added a new Camera Control button, giving users quicker access to shooting tools.

With the recent price cut and ongoing offers, the iPhone 16 becomes a more practical choice for buyers who want a newer iPhone without the higher price of the latest models.
