HP launched a gaming laptop dubbed HP OMEN MAX 16 with power-packed features and enhancements. The company unveiled it with Intel Core Ultra 9, 32GB RAM, 1TB storage, and more. To recall, the newly launched laptop was announced at CES 2025. In addition, the company has also announced the availability of OMEN AI beta worldwide.
HP OMEN MAX 16 Specifications:
HP OMEN MAX 16 features 16-inch WQXGA IPS LCD display along with a 2,560×1,600 pixels resolution and up to 500nits peak brightness. The refresh rate in the display ranges between 60Hz and 240Hz. The aspect ratio of the display is 16:10 and it also supports a 3 3ms response time.
The newly launched laptop is powered by the 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX CPU with 32GB of DDR5 RAM. It runs on the Windows 11 out-of-the-box. The laptop is also equipped with the Intel Turbo Boost tech, 36MP L3 cache, 24 cores and 24 threads.
The HP OMEN MAX 16 packs the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 along with 16GB for powerful AI performance. Connectivity options in the laptop include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB Type-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, an Ethernet port, and a combo audio jack.

Talking about the camera features, the HP OMEN MAX 16 is equipped with the 1080p IR camera and dual array digital microphones. To power the laptop, the company has given 6-cell 83Wh Li-ion battery which is claimed to be charged to 50 percent in 30 minutes. The laptop measures 356.5×269×24.8mm and weighs 2.68kg.

The HP OMEN MAX 16 is priced at Rs 3,09,999 for 32GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage. It comes in single color variant of lone Shadow Black. You can pre-order the laptop via official HP website and e-commerce website Amazon India. The sale of the HP OMEN MAX 16 will start from 24th April. The tech giant is also offering an instant discount of Rs 10,000 via SBI, ICICI, HDFC, BOB, and YES bank credit cards.
