Cognizant has expanded its collaboration with Adobe to make it easier for companies to transform their creative processas well as how they scale and manage content and customer experiences using generative AI.

This collaboration combines Adobe’s AI creative and experience platforms with Cognizant’s AI Builder approach, experience and back-office capabilities to address rising content demand, brand management and cost pressures in regulated and high-growth industries. It is designed around a joint marketing and delivery model that enables companies to operationalize AI-powered content at scale.

This model builds on previous collaborations, including new agentic AI projects announced by Adobe, which enable seamless execution of workflows between agents, as well as customization across industries and use cases.

Cognizant will work with Adobe, through coordinated teams, to integrate generative AI into clients’ creative workflows, integrate brand controls and compliance by design. Also to facilitate a clear path from the pilot phase to production, through scalable and results-oriented services.

This approach will be supported by Adobe Firefly Services, Firefly Custom Models, Firefly Design Intelligence, the Substance 3D collection, workflow management and automation solutions, and Frame.io. Adobe Professional Services will also collaborate with Cognizant including an engineering team to drive innovation in joint projects as well as accelerate their commercialization.

Collaboration, on the other hand, is based on a continuous and comprehensive operating model that facilitates the progression from pilot to sustained transformation, and that combines platform integration, customization of AI models, workflow automation and continuous operations. Thanks to it, companies will be able to address use cases such as large-scale campaign production, compatible communications in regulated sectors, product visualization based on 3D digital twins and the creation of personalized customer experiences.

Cognizant’s Experience Strategy suite integrates user-centric AI throughout the design process, and incorporates secure generative AI with Adobe Firefly to accelerate ideation, design, and content creation. This will allow you to scale efficiently while maintaining brand integrity, regulatory compliance and creative quality.

In the first phase, the collaboration will prioritize sectors such as health and life sciences, financial services, retail and consumer goods. Here, content scale, regulatory requirements and speed to market are critical competitive factors. Subsequently, Cognizant and Adobe have plans to expand their global reach to other sectors.

Ben Wiener, Global Director of Cognizant Momenthighlighted the collaboration that «the AI’s promise is only fulfilled when it is specifically designed for business results. As AI developers, at Cognizant we combine industry knowledge, high-level engineering and business platforms to create responsible solutions that enabler from experimentation to large-scale implementation. This expansion of our collaboration with Adobe allows us to create and operate AI-based content and experience solutions, adapted to the reality of each client, turning the potential of AI into measurable value in all sectors.

Stephen Frieder, Adobe Enterprise CROhas commented for his part that «a As AI redefines customer expectations, Adobe helps brands differentiate themselves through exceptional, personalized experiences, powered by an AI-powered content supply chain. “Cognizant’s deep industry expertise and ability to implement complex transformations make it a natural strategic partner to help organizations seamlessly orchestrate and scale content production pipelines while maintaining quality and control.”
