AFTER begging Costco since March, some members are finally getting the food court item they’ve been waiting for.
The warehouse retailer brought the selection to menus at its over 600 locations nationwide starting this month.

It was first spotted by Laura Jayne Lamb, the influencer behind the Costco Hot Finds (@costcohotfinds) account on Instagram.
Laura posted a video recently that revealed the Combo Calzone was a brand new offering at the food court.
The pizza-based offering is only $6.99 and comes filled with pepperoni, sausage, cheese, tomato sauce, onions, peppers, olives, and mushrooms.
The influencer also confirmed that it was available at Costco warehouses in the United States.
Fellow members were thrilled over the Combo Calzone’s arrival.
“This looks delicious!! I know what’s for dinner tonight,” a satisfied shopper commented.
“My stomach is bubbling!!” another exclaimed.
“Looks great, but the calories,” a third noted.
The calories listed for the Combo Calzone on the sign at the Costco food court in Laura’s video was 1,080.
PIZZA PAINS
While many were up for trying the Combo Calzone, others questioned why Costco wouldn’t just bring back the fan-favorite Combo Pizza to its food courts instead.
“Honestly, how dare they. We want combo PIZZA,” a frustrated customer wrote.
“They’re doing everything BUT bringing back the combo pizza smh…” another added.
“We’re ALMOST there. Now, just do combo pizza,” added a third.
Combo Pizza had a mix of pepperoni, sausage, and vegetables.
Costco classic food court items

- Rotisserie Chicken Caesar Salad – $6.99
- Turkey and Swiss Sandwich – $6.99
- Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie – $2.49
WHAT HAPPENED?
Costco never released a statement about the discontinuation of the Combo Pizza from the food court, but it was suddenly dropped in 2020 around the height of the coronavirus pandemic.
Around that time, many food items at retailers and restaurants were switched out or experienced shortages.
The pepperoni and cheese pizzas remain on the Costco food court menu, and the Combo Pizza has been offered in a take-and-bake version.
There’s an ongoing petition with thousands of signatures to bring back the cooked Combo Pizza to Costco’s food court.
Some items, like the $1.50 Hot Dog, will likely never leave.
There were some concerns from customers recently, however, that the pricing for the iconic offering could go up.
That didn’t happen, but other food court changes at Costco have caused controversy recently.
A few members recently criticized the warehouse retailer for a “stupid food court change” that was “worse” than expected.
Costco also confirmed a major soda switch at the food court earlier this year.
