D-Link Corporation, one of the main world network suppliers and with great implementation in the Spanish market, has announced the launch of its New 2.5g switches linedesigned to meet the changing demands of modern computer networks, both in business and domestic environments. The launch includes the management Switches MANAGEMENTABLE 2.5G of the DMS-1250 series, with eight models with copper and POE options, as well as the latest 2.5G Multigigabit not manageable, DMS-108P, DMS-1016 and DMS-1024 switches.
These switches offer 2.5G descending bond ports for high-speed connectivity, with selected Poe models that provide up to 60 w per port (IEEE 802.3AF/AT/BT) to feed high demand devices, such as Wi-Fi access points, IP cameras and VoIP phones.
In addition, the DMS-1250 series also has ascending links SFP+ 10GE/10G for a reliable trunk network performance and a solid protection against 6 kV overthens in all ports 2.5 G. With advanced features such as IGMP Snooping, QoS, Flow Control, IEEE 802.3AZ of low consumption, this expanded portfolio of switches offers versatile solutions for any type of use, From offices at home to business edge networks.

The series offers several configurations to increase versatility, from Compact models of 10 ports up to options of 28 ports high capacity, which provides the necessary flexibility to climb the networks to the infrastructure requirements of each company. Compatible with copper, fiber and advanced feeding standards through Ethernet (POE), such as IEEE 802.3AF/AT/BT, these switches can feed a wide range of POE devices through standard Ethernet cables, eliminating the need for independent electrical wiring.
Either in small offices, business perimeter networks or high density smart campuses, the DMS-1250 series promises reliable, scalable and high performance connectivity. With flexible hardware, complete layer 2 functions and centralized management through Connect Nuclia, it is a solution designed to meet the changing demands of computer networks.
D-Link DMS-1000
Modern offices require multi-gigabit speeds to meet the growing demand for applications that require a large bandwidth, such as videoconferences, cloud computing, large file transfers and real-time collaboration tools. As the equipment becomes more distributed and depend more on digital workflows, faster network speeds guarantee low latency, greater productivity and fluid user experiences on all devices, preparing the infrastructure of households and small offices for applications such as online games, file storage and video 8K.
To that scenario are directed the new D-Link switches of the DMS-1000 series, which includes models such as the DMS-108P To simplify the installation, reduce cable disorder and reduce infrastructure costs. With high-power Poe output (802.3bt), it allows high performance devices, such as Wi-Fi access points, PTZ security cameras, digital signage and kiosks, work without independent food sources.
Other models announced are the DMS-1016 y DMS-1024which offer performance of 2.5 gigabits in capacities from 16 to 24 ports to provide a high speed solution for small and domestic office networks. Designed for environments with high device density, these switches allow fluid scalability while optimizing energy use with intelligent management that reduces consumption during periods of inactivity. The series is now available through the global network of D-Link authorized distributors and resellers.
