Dongfeng Motor’s premium new energy vehicle brand Voyah has submitted an application to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CICC as sole sponsor, according to exchange filings. Founded in 2021, Voyah produces sedans, SUVs, and MPVs. Voyah reported rapid growth, with revenue nearly tripling between 2022 and 2024 and margins rising from 8.3% to over 21%. Deliveries in September reached 15,224 units, bringing January–September sales up 85% year-on-year. The filing comes shortly after Chery Auto’s IPO on Sept. 25, which raised HK$9.14 billion, the largest carmaker listing in Hong Kong this year at the time. [TechNode reporting]
