Dude, You’re Getting Prime Day Deals on Dell Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, and More

Welcome to the thick of Amazon Prime Day, the megaretailer’s four-day stretch of price-chopping mayhem. All the top brands are dropping prices on Amazon across the board. If you’re shopping for computers, Dell’s worth checking out, as the company produces a massive array of laptops and desktops to fit just about every need. Here are five notable Dell deals from Amazon that’ll be gone at the end of Friday.

Dell Laptop Deals

Dell streamlined its laptop offerings this year, ditching the Inspiron, Latitude, and Precision sub-brands to make things a little less confusing. This solid midrange laptop would have been considered an Inspiron in years past (you can read our review of its 2024 equivalent), but now it’s just a plain old Dell. That said, a 16% Prime Day price cut makes it an attractive option for business-focused users, with an Intel processor and lots of onboard RAM to enable Windows 11 Copilot AI features. The integrated Intel ARC GPU isn’t going to dazzle for gaming, but it’s more than good enough for the 16:10 2.5K display to stream movies on the go.

Dell Gaming Laptop Deals

We haven’t finished putting the new Aurora 16 gaming laptops from Dell’s Alienware brand through its paces, but past experience indicates that it’s a more than capable unit that will end up on our list of the best gaming laptops. Amazon has a $200 price drop on this solid midrange model that also doubles as a potent mobile workstation thanks to a juicy 64GB of system RAM. The RTX 4050 pairs well with the laptop’s QHD+ display, and the 120Hz refresh rate is nothing to sneeze at. Throw in lots of connectivity options and this is an attractive buy.

Dell Desktop Deals

Dell built its business on the back of desktop PCs, and it has consistently shipped massive numbers of towers for work, play, and home use. In our review of the XPS 8960, we gave it an Editors’ Choice award, with reviewer Charles Jefferies noting that it “provides ample expansion room for future upgrades, and its understated yet professional design fits well in almost any setting.” This tower comes in a wide variety of configurations, but this is a high-end performance model at a $440 discount, featuring a well-rounded loadout with tons of RAM for high-end content creation, rendering and more.

Dell makes all-in-one desktops that are good options for families with many different computing needs, and each model includes a keyboard and mouse. Dell’s 27-inch AIO has a narrow bezel and a full HD IPS display with blue light reduction that looks good when streaming Netflix or displaying webpages. We reviewed a slightly older version of this all-in-one PC, noting that it was a good option for remote workers thanks to a quality webcam and 32GB of system memory. The Prime Day price has a 17% price cut.

Dell Monitor Deals

Here’s a nice price on a curved gaming screen from Dell’s Alienware brand. We gave an Editors’ Choice award to the Alienware 34 Curved QD-OLED monitor in our review, noting that it delivered enough improvements on its predecessor while still holding up the blazing-fast refresh rates and clear imagery we’ve come to love. Whether you’re using SDR or HDR color modes, picture quality is exceptional, and 1,000 nits of rated brightness will keep you gaming no matter what the conditions are in your space. The 1800R curve is pretty dramatic, lending deep immersion to driving games, flight simulators and more.
