Oppo is preparing to launch two new phones in its K13 Turbo gaming series on August 11. These models are set to be the first in India to include a built-in fan for better cooling during heavy use, addressing the common issue of overheating in gaming phones.
What Will the Oppo K13 Turbo Pro Cost in India?
In China, the base model of the K13 Turbo Pro costs around 1,999 yuan, which is about Rs 24,000, while the higher-end variant sells for approximately 2,499 yuan, around Rs 32,500. Reports suggest that in India, the price might range from Rs 35,000 to Rs 40,000. This would position it against other popular phones like Poco F7 and OnePlus 13R in the mid-range segment.
Performance
The K13 Turbo Pro is confirmed to run on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset known for its solid gaming performance. To keep the device cool it incorporates a 7,000 square millimeter vapor chamber that helps dissipate heat efficiently. Additionally it comes with an IPX9 water resistance rating making it resilient against water splashes.
Battery
The device packs a huge 7,000mAh battery one of the largest in its class and supports 80W fast charging for quick power top-ups. It will use Oppo’s ColorOS which is based on the latest Android 15 promising a smooth and updated software experience.
Display
The phone is expected to have a 6.8-inch OLED display with a sharp 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate offering vibrant visuals and smooth motion ideal for gaming and streaming. Peak brightness might reach 1,600 nits ensuring clear viewing even under direct sunlight.
In terms of memory the K13 Turbo Pro may feature LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage providing faster app launches and smoother multitasking.
Camera
For photography the phone is likely to have a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor paired with an 8MP depth sensor for portrait shots. The front camera for selfies and video calls is expected to be 16MP.
Color Variants
Oppo will reportedly launch the K13 Turbo Pro in three colors Silver Knight, Purple Phantom and Midnight Maverick. The phone will be available to buy exclusively through Flipkart in India.
