Inability to reflect on own behavior
The lack of empathy and the difficulties in empathizing with other people and maintaining loving relationships make it almost impossible for them to reflect on and change their own behavior.
The excessive self-absorption sometimes makes them a slave to their own appearance and some “eating disorder” indicates a deep narcissistic distress. Narcissism is a personality disorder and needs therapy.

Her manipulative behavior becomes particularly dynamic with women who work in her close environment. If this woman has deep-seated insecurities, be it an unprocessed disorder in her relationship with her mother and her self-esteem is low or her mother herself is a person with many narcissistic aspects: she is a victim for the Queen of Hearts.
If the needs and wishes of the Queen of Hearts are not met, things become difficult. Then attacks, abuse of power, bashing and bullying and other behaviors take place every day. “Sometimes I thought I was crazy and that there was something wrong with me,” said the affected employee.
… and the team often looks away
Their victims are often unable to distance themselves, be it out of fear, powerlessness or feelings of guilt. These people have often learned to make everything about themselves and to feel attacked and guilty in various situations. This also means that everyone on the team behaves as if there is no problem for fear of being their next victim.
