This virtual Advent calendar is launching soon, according to a post on Fortnite’s official X account. Fortnite fans can expect the event to launch Dec. 18.

Winterfest 2025 is expected to start Dec. 18. When it does, the annual Advent calendar will become available to all Fortnite players. The event lasts until early in January — previous years’ Winterfest events have ended on Jan. 10.
What free skins will be featured in Winterfest 2025?
While we don’t know the names of any cosmetics featured in Winterfest 2025, an image leaked by HypeX from the game’s discovery tab features player skins and other items that likely will be part of the Advent calendar.
Festive cosmetics have already been teased in-game but they’ll be released alongside the Winterfest event.
