FREEVIEW has rolled out a huge TV upgrade – adding a treasure trove of classic 90s British dramas that viewers can watch completely free.
The channel is bringing two major Jilly Cooper adaptations to Freeview, riding the renewed popularity of her work following the success of Rivals.
The upgrade is live, with retro channel Rewind TV now available on Freeview channel 81, giving fans instant access to some of the most scandalous and glossy dramas of the decade.
Viewers can now watch Riders and The Man Who Made Husbands Jealous, both set in Cooper’s fictional Rutshire world of wealth, affairs and social rivalry.
Riders airs on February 3 at 9pm and was one of the biggest TV events of the 1990s when it first broadcast.
The drama pulled in more than 15 million viewers and became a defining series of the decade.

The drama mixes romance and comedy, with plenty of Cooper’s trademark scandal.
