Following the experimental Mixed Doubles tournament last week, the 2025 US Open gets going properly on Sunday (a day earlier than the usual Monday) with Jannik Sinner and Aryna Sabalenka well set to defend their respective titles.
The name of Carlos Alcaraz will of course be in the mix during talk of who can topple Sinner — the pair have shared some epic tussles, not least their epic Wimbledon final.
