HPE is still working on maintaining a privilege position in the business servants market with the launch of the new Proliant Compute Gen12 generation. Among the novelties, the novel technological proposals focused on dealing with the new needs of companies, especially in terms of artificial security and intelligence but also of energy efficiency.

These new needs have turned the server market into an increasingly competitive and demanding space in which a precise approach is necessary in critical areas for modern companies to offer competitive solutions. The company has placed a special emphasis on advanced safety, offering integrated solutions from the chip to the cloud to deal with a constantly evolving threat panorama.

Advances in security

The GEN12 series proposes a new level in regards to business safety with integrated protections in each layer, from the chip to the cloud. The HPE Integrated Lights Out (Ilo) 7 introduces a dedicated security processor called «Secure Enclave», designed from zero by HPE. This innovation turns Proliant servers into the first preparations for quantum computing and complying with the FIPS 140-3 cryptographic safety standard level 3.

When complying with this standard, servers offer superior resistance against physical and logical manipulations, ensuring the integrity of data and cryptographic operations in high security environments. This is particularly valuable for sectors such as government, finance and health, where confidential data protection is imperative and can even have legal consequences.

Intelligent management with AI

HPE Compute Ops Management, now improved with IA -based insights, allows organizations to forecast energy use and establish thresholds to control costs and carbon emissions globally. This proactive and predictive automation can reduce the inactivity time up to 4.8 hours per server annually.

One of the most outstanding features of HPE Compute Ops Management is its new global map view, which simplifies management by allowing customers to instantly identify health problems of servers in distributed IT environments. The platform also offers automated incorporation, which simplifies the configuration and continuous management of servers, especially in remote implementations or branch offices where local IT resources are not available.

Energy efficiency as a key factor

With this new HPE launch, this generation of Prolont offers up to 41% better percurate performance compared to previous business systems and a 65% reduction in annual energy consumption with the consequent savings in addition to being a significant advance in sustainability, An issue that will become increasingly important for high -consumption applications such as AI.

In addition, HPE expands direct liquid cooling options (DLC) for rack servers, a technology up to 3,000 times more efficient than air cooling in heat elimination. With this new generation, HPE is placed in a privilege position in the business servants market, offering solutions that directly address the most pressing challenges of modern organizations.
