Pricing and Availability
Available to buy now, the Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro has a slightly cheaper starting price to the Apple Watch Series 11, at £329.99.
The Apple Watch Series 11, on the other hand, starts from £369/$399. The watch was revealed at the Awe Dropping event and has several different options to pick from.
Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro works with iOS and Android
If you are sporting one of the best Android phones, then the Apple Watch Series 11 simply isn’t going to suit your needs. While it is technically possible to pair an Apple Watch to an Android phone via Bluetooth, you will miss out on most of the key features.
The Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro, on the other hands, is compatible with both iOS and Android, making it more compatible and user-friendly to those who aren’t locked into the Apple ecosystem.

Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro promises up to 21 days of battery
One area which has always let Apple Watches down, even the more premium Apple Watch Ultra 3, is with battery life. Although Apple has offered an improvement with this year’s Watch Series 11, promising up to 24 hours on a single charge, the Watch GT 6 Pro allows for much more.

Instead of offering hours, the Watch GT 6 Pro is promised to provide up to a whopping 21 days of battery on a single charge. Having said that, we found that with more frequent use this figure drops to around 14 days of life, which although not the promised numbers, is still a pretty impressive feat.
Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro has a brighter display
A bright display is an important aspect of any smartwatch, especially if you intend on using it while on the move. While the Apple Watch Series 11 offers up to 2000 nits of peak brightness, the Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro benefits from a whopping 3000 nits.
During our time with the GT 6 Pro, we found the watch was easy to read even when walking outdoors on a sunny day, making the always-on display to appear more legible too.

Apple Watch Series 11 supports 5G
Although recent Apple Watch series have supported mobile connectivity, the Series 11 is the first that is 5G compatible. The inclusion of 5G is especially noteworthy, as it should provide an overall faster performance while you’re on the move.
Not only that, but the Apple Watch Series 11 also features a redesigned cellular antenna which is not only more power efficient, but also helps to significantly increase the signal strength when needed.
The Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro doesn’t include any mobile network, let alone 5G, as it lacks an eSIM slot.
Apple Watch Series 11 includes Sleep Score
Following the likes of Garmin, Fitbit and Whoop, Apple is now introducing a Sleep Score tool which analyses your sleep stages and gives you a score indicative of how well you slept. Found within the Sleep app, you’ll see a clear breakdown of critical components to help you understand what you need to do in order to improve your sleeping habits.

Although the Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro doesn’t have a Sleep Score tool, its sleep tracking feature is pretty impressive. Found in the Huawei Health app, it plainly states whether or not you had a good night’s sleep, but also explains the effect your sleep will have on the rest of your day. Plus, the tool also provides actionable advice on how you can improve your sleep in the future.
