Attention shoppers: Walmart is offering a sneak peek of its holiday sales. The Walmart Deals event kicked off on Monday and the retailer is offering generous discounts on laptops.
Through Sunday, Walmart is taking up to $1,000 off select laptops. After discount, prices start as low as $178. It’s one of the biggest laptop sales I’ve seen from Walmart all year with a handful of of great laptop deals. (For more ways to save, check out our guide to the best Walmart promo codes).
Although you can find laptop deals any day of the week, November is traditionally when I recommend shoppers update their notebooks. That’s when you see the most discounts and the biggest price cuts.
However, retailers are pushing the holiday season into October and I’m seeing a large amount of great laptop deals you can get right now. In addition to the Acer Nitro mentioned above, I’m also a fan of the HP Victus for $599. It’s a solid mainstream machine that packs an RTX 4050 GPU, 15.6-inch 1080p 144Hz LCD, Core i5-13420H CPU, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD. It’s a nicely priced machine for the casual PC gamer.
Just remember, Walmart’s sale ends Sunday, so make sure to act on any deals that catch your attention.
