heise conferences and the analyst firm KuppingerCole, which specializes in IAM and cybersecurity, are organizing a new conference on the topic of identity-centered security on November 25th and 26th in Munich. The ICC Summit (Identity-Centric Cybersecurity Summit) offers security managers and IT experts directly applicable know-how, practical case studies and discussion panels on how they can strengthen IT security by focusing on identities.
The ICC Summit has six thematic focuses:
- Identity is the new security perimeter: How to complement and replace a network-centric security strategy with an identity-centric security strategy.
- Identity Security Operations: Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) – Continuously monitor user and system identities and access rights, detect and defend against attacks.
- Privileged Access Management (PAM): Eliminate persistent access rights, governance, privileged access rights in the cloud.
- Continuous Trust and Authorization as a modern variant of Zero Trust.
- Identity governance rethought: Moderne Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
- The future of identity architecture: Identity fabrics, identity data platforms, and the convergence of IAM and cybersecurity.
We are still looking for interesting lectures on these topics. If you would like to contribute your technical know-how or practical experience, submit your presentation on the ICC Summit website by September 15th. The conference language is English.
