Minsait remains as a technological services unit of INDRA, with focus on the commercialization of IT services through its vertical markets. It will use the technological capabilities of Tech operations, similar to the current model.
TECH operations are transversalized to serve all Indra business units, and will add the delivery of all the group’s technological services, integrating all the resources dedicated currently to the offer and Operations Minsait. In addition, the international model is reinforced, with the creation of a new position of International Director, which will be occupied by Juan Pedro Rodríguez Veiga. It will be responsible for coordinating the regional units, with a function that will add the international commercial activity of INDRA.
Luis Fernández has more than 25 years of experience in public administrations, with focus on the commercial development of technological solutions. He entered Indra in 2005 and has held various positions of responsibility, from the regional direction to his current position. He also has experience in consultants such as PWC and Arthur Andersen.
Sebastián Bamonde has more than a quarter of a century at the head of technological transformation processes, operations and strategy in complex environments. In Minsait he has occupied several positions of responsibility until assuming the global direction of offer and operations, where he has dealt with the transformation of the operational model. He previously worked in Technocom and Softgal.
Ignacio Martínez has more than two decades of experience in the technology and digital transformation sectors. He is currently the director of the Office of the President and the CEO of Indra, and is responsible for the definition and implementation of corporate governance mechanisms and decision making. It was previously CO of the Mobility area, in addition to working previously for companies such as INECO and HR Wallingford.
As for Pedro Rodríguez, he has more than 25 years of experience in the technological sector, with orientation to results and operations. It is currently in charge of Indra’s international activity in Latin America, Italy and Portugal, in addition to the global management of the electoral processes business. Before he was global responsible for the markets of Public Administrations, Health, and Energy & Utilities. He previously worked in corporate and operational functions of Unión Fenosa.
As we have mentioned, Indramind is a new Indra business unit. It will be a technological platform formed by all areas of Indra of the fields of cybersecurity and cyber -defense, as well as paradigm and abilities in AI, product development and cloud.
