Embodied AI robotics company LimX Dynamics announced on Wednesday the launch of its full-size general-purpose humanoid robot, LimX Oli. Aimed at AI researchers, robotics developers, and solution integrators, the robot is available in three versions: Lite, EDU, and Super, with prices starting at RMB 158,000 ($21,800). Standing at 165 cm tall, LimX Oli features 31 degrees of freedom (excluding end effectors). It adopts a general-purpose architecture, a modular hardware and software design, and an evolving toolchain development system that supports every stage from algorithm research to system deployment. Its SDK offers fully open interfaces, granting access to the robot’s status and sensor data, low-level joint control, and high-level task scheduling. [IThome, in Chinese]
