LOTTERY officials are calling for a lucky Powerball player to come forward – so they can claim their huge $250,000 prize before it expires.
The anonymous winner is sitting on a massive jackpot – which is set to become “worthless” in just a few months.

The jaw-dropping prize was won by a lucky punter after the draw earlier this month on July 7.
Their prize level is Match 4 plus Powerball – and the ticket was bought with Power Play.
Choosing this option significantly boosted the player’s massive winnings.
The fortunate customer bought the ticket in Missouri.
It was purchased at a Rocket store, located at 14024 Olive Blvd. in Chesterfield.
Having drawn the massive jackpot just last week, the winner now has 175 days to claim their prize cash.
But the huge sum will amount to zero if the winner doesn’t come forward before the deadline.
The Powerball website reads: “If a grand prize goes unclaimed, the money is returned to each participating state in line with how much they generated during that particular jackpot run.
“Unclaimed Powerball prizes in other categories are kept by the relevant lottery jurisdiction, and redistributed according to state rules.
“In many states, this money is used to support good causes.”
The final date the winner can claim the huge cash reward worth $250,000 before it expires is January 3, 2026.
The Powerball website which shows this winner’s details is also calling for several other players to come and collect their winnings before they disappear.
The next jackpot to expire is a $50,000 cash prize which was drawn on February 10 this year.
And it is set to expire on August 9 if the winner doesn’t come forward before then.
Two other Powerball prizes won in February also remain unclaimed.
A $50,000 prize won at Louisiana Marty J’s Truck Stop, 4994 Hwy 56, Chauvin, in Lousiana on February 15 has not yet been claimed.
The player has until August 14 to come forward.
Also unclaimed from a draw held in Louisiana is a $50,000 prize won on February 24 at Wilderness Acres, 14759 Highway 15, Downsville.
This prize will expire on August 23.
In both cases, the lucky players landed a Match 4 plus Powerball.
The odds of winning the $50,000 prize are one in 913,129.18, according to the Powerball website.
