Griffin Parry is the chief executive and co-founder of m3ter, a usage-based pricing platform helping SaaS companies scale revenue operations without replacing legacy systems.
Previously, Parry co-founded GameSparks which was acquired by Amazon in 2017 and has previously held leadership roles at AWS and Sky. He launched m3ter after seeing billing pain up close, first as a founder and then inside a tech giant. His latest venture is focused on redefining how modern software businesses maximise monetisation.

Which company’s growth story are you most impressed with?
AWS. I had the opportunity to work there after selling GameSparks and saw first-hand how it scaled innovation without becoming bloated. It continued to empower individual teams and builders, maintaining agility even at massive scale. The way it operationalised customer obsession while navigating enormous complexity is remarkable. It’s a masterclass in disciplined growth, platform thinking, and staying close to user needs. It left a lasting impact on how I think about building m3ter….
