Generative and agentic AI technology marks a major milestone today with experienced independent med-aesthetic practice Blue Spa in Sherman Oaks. This unique program is designed to increase patient engagement and sales by providing a hyper-personalized skin care regimen coupled with effortless product purchasing and procedure scheduling.
Blue Spa founder Ronda Nofal is testing Trinity Aesthetics’ new technology for the 90-day program in what is believed to be the first known application of agentic and generative artificial intelligence directly in the medspa sector.
Nofal said: “Trinity’s purpose-built software specifically addresses key industry pain points that other software efforts do not, while empowering our providers to deliver hyper-personalized skin care plans to nearly 30,000 customers.”
Trinity’s GenAI technology originally provided data sets to beauty product manufacturers. After successfully collaborating with the R&D teams of Procter & Gamble and Estée Lauder Companies for upstream product development, Trinity management realized an opportunity to connect medical spa providers, patients and products for hyper-personalized skincare routines in a frictionless and continuous manner. The resulting platform connects to existing software via API and improves the connection between healthcare provider and patient.
Trinity CEO Joseph Panetta said: “This is one of the largest AgenticAI pilots of a live iOS platform ever conducted. We will share the results as they unfold over the course of our 90-day program.”
