Microsoft has decided to extend free support for Windows 10 for another year until October 12, 2027. As Bleeping Computer reports, the company has also decided to extend free support for Windows Server 2022 by one year, also until October 2027.
However, this only applies to a specific version: Windows Server 2022 Datacenter: Azure Edition. In addition, users must have hotpatching activated. Anyone who pays for extended support can even use all variants of Windows Server 2022 until October 14, 2031. (tf)
