Motorola has introduced its new Moto X70 Air in China, a mid-range smartphone that focuses on sleek looks without compromising on performance. The phone stands out for its incredibly thin 5.99mm profile, making it one of the slimmest phones the company has ever made. The Moto X70 Air borrows heavily from the Motorola Edge 70 – the Air’s global counterpart. Moto X70 Air Specifications, Features

The Moto X70 Air shares a lot with the recently launched Motorola Edge 70 but is meant for the Chinese market. It features a 6.67-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 4500 nits of peak brightness. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i, giving it a premium yet durable touch. news Also Read: Motorola’s Next Slim Smartphone Teased In India! Moto G67 Power Set To Launch On Nov 5

Under the hood, the phone runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Despite its ultra-slim frame, Motorola has managed to fit in a 4,800mAh battery, which supports 68W wired and 15W wireless charging. The phone weighs just 159 grams and carries an IP68 and IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. news Also Read: Waiting For iPhone Foldable? Check 5 Best Foldable Phones To Buy Right Now In 2025

On the back, there’s a 50MP dual camera setup with a main sensor and an ultra-wide shooter. The front has another 50MP sensor for selfies and video calls. The Moto X70 Air runs Android 16 out of the box, offering Motorola’s near-stock interface with minimal preloaded apps. Stereo speakers round out the multimedia experience.

Moto X70 Air Price and Availability

The Moto X70 Air starts at CNY 2,399 (around Rs 29,800) for the 12GB + 256GB model, while the 12GB + 512GB variant costs CNY 2,699 (around Rs 33,500). It will be available in multiple colour options.

Motorola’s latest model seems aimed at users who want a thin, lightweight phone that still feels premium – a mix that’s getting rarer in today’s market.
