I drink a protein shake every morning. It’s not because I’m ripped or swole (although, of course, I am) but it’s fast, easy, and doesn’t spike my blood sugar. I can throw a handful of berries and peanut butter into the blender to get some fiber and vitamin intake while I’m hustling my kids around the house to get them to school in the morning.
