Red.es will begin in the last four months of the year Digital competence training program in the field of professional associationswho will provide a 200 million budget of euros. The program, which has been created within the framework of the generation D initiative, will allow Train up to 80,000 professionals in digitalization and AI In Spain, which will lead to the modernization of Spanish professional fabric and the improvement of its competitiveness.
Generation D is an initiative of the Government of Spain, which among its objectives has the formation of citizenship in transverse digital competences and for employment. Red.es promotes several lines of action within the framework of this initiative, among which is the direct subsidy to Professional Union for the implementation of the mentioned initiative.
The program courses have developed framed in the granting of a subsidy to Professional Union by Red.es. Its financing comes from the recovery, transformation and resilience plan of the Next Generation EU funds.
The training is aimed at collegiate professionals from different sectors considered key: sanitary, legal, economic and social, as well as engineering and architecture. It will be structured in 150 -hour courses, divided into two blocks.
The first of them, 40 hours, includes a common training and aims to provide professionals with a transverse basis in digital skills that can be applied to any professional area. Among its competencies in which training and data processing, and security.
The second block, of 110 hours, deepens specific content adapted to each professional sector. In this way, the application of technology is facilitated directly in the professional environment, and the improvement of the quality of the services they can offer to citizens. Specific formations will be offered from the General Councils and Professional Associations adhered to the program.
According to the deadlines arranged by Red.es for the beginning of the training, professionals will be able to start sign up for courses from the second half of next September.
