Salesforce has launched Agentforce 3, the new version of its management solution of the life cycle of AI agents to create and optimize autonomous agents for company. Among its main novelties is Agentforce Studio, a unified tool of design, test, implementation and optimization of large -scale AI agents.
This version also offers safe support for open interoperability standards, such as the models context protocol (MCP). In addition, the AgentxChange platform is expanded, which will now have more than 20 previous MCP servers and new industrial actions predefined with flexible prices and global availability, which takes to a faster amortization time. All this, in addition, driven by an improved Atlas architecture, which gives agentforce 3 more speed, trust and scalability.
Agentforce 3 offers full -life cycle tools, safe interoperability and business level controls. Agentforce Command Center is an observability layer designed for a work force composed of humans and agents, and offers those responsible for a unified panel to supervise the status of the agents, measure performance and optimize the results. It is integrated into agentforce Studio and completes the life cycle of agents with tools to accelerate their improvement.
As organizations incorporate AI agents to their teams, AgentxChange facilitates their equipment with different tools. This version expands the market with more than 20 MCP launch partners, and all products included have undergone security reviews and their personalized code can be implemented, so the equipment can improve their agentforce with only a few clicks.
Thus, for example, Agentforce helps content operations to recover the last signed confidentiality agreement of a box MCP service, summarize the key terms and share a Slack update with the accounts team, including the document and the following cases. Or manage the generation of invoices through the PayPal MCP server and agent trading capabilities that are already available. In this way agentforce can process transactions, generate confirm invoices and notify customers by email with attached invoices, all without manual work.
Agentforce also now facilitates work with Stripe, since it allows the Financial Department to use the company’s MCP server to issue partial credits, validate the eligibility of reimbursements and publish a conciliation summary in the ERP system.
All new agentforce 3 capabilities are based on the Improved Atlas and Reasoning engine, which offers a base prepared for the company, with less latency, more precision, global availability and additional control options through LLM housed in the Salesforce infrastructure.
Thanks to this, Salesforce customers will count, among other things, with better performance and faster streaming response, more LLM variety with Anthropic hosted, more precision thanks to the web search and online appointments, and a greater geographical presence thanks to the incorporation of more languages.
Salesforce Agentforce 3 also has a simplified and flexible Price structure, with new agentforce sku for sales, services and industrial cloud with prices per user and unlimited use of actions for agents that deal with employees.
Agentforce 3 is now availableas well as the Heroku MCP and App Link accommodation, while the application Agentforce Studio with Agentforce Optimizer will arrive in Augustas well as compatibility with the Slack MCP server. In July, Native Agentforce compatibility with MCP (in Tests), Mulasesoft MCP Support and Mulasesoft A2A Support will do it.
Los MCP servers of the Salesforce API platform are already in the testing phasewith more than a hundred predefined industrial actions and the new references of agentforce accessories with unlimited use of actions of employees already available in a generalized way. Hosted Anthropic is still in a pilot phase, and it is still unknown when it will be available in a general way.
