Siemens and Capgemini have announced a expansion of your alliancein order to jointly develop native AI digital solutions for product engineering, manufacturing and operations. These solutions will integrate AI from their conception instead of integrating it only as an additional function.
The two companies will focus on 16 high-impact areas, which allow achieving efficient results in production, reduction in time to market, quality or sustainability, among other areas. Solutions for each sector will be implemented by combining Siemens’ portfolio of industrial software, automation, electrification and sustainability with Capgemini’s engineering capabilities, sector knowledge and business transformation experience.
This reinforcement of the agreement will allow clients of both companies to delve, for example, into the integration of IT and operations systems, which is now possible through the use of technologies such as industrial AI, digital twins and automation. Siemens and Capgemini will drive native AI solutions that complement Siemens technologies.
This initiative will focus on sectors considered key, such as aerospace, automotive and healthcare. Also in emerging markets, such as hydrogen and wastewater. To meet demand, Capgemini will expand its team of certified experts in different technologies, sectors and countries. In this way it will be able to strengthen Siemens’ technological capabilities.
