AI Note Taker is the newest addition to Speechify’s ever-increasing collection of voice-based productivity features. Here are the details.
Speechify rolls out yet another AI-powered productivity feature
Over the past few months, Speechify has released multiple features as part of a push to become a voice-first ecosystem bundled under a single subscription across mobile, desktop, the web, ChatGPT, and Meta’s AI Glasses.
Last December, the 2025 Apple Design Award winner in the Inclusivity category released a new Mac app, alongside a feature called Voice Typing Dictation, which lets users speak naturally and converts their speech into clean, polished text.
A few weeks after that, the company released Voice Assistant, a voice-first AI assistant that handles research, writing, and conversations on iOS.
Now, the company is rolling out AI Note Taker, a web-based tool that transcribes and summarizes Zoom meetings, lectures, or other virtual and in-person discussions users may want to revisit. Speechify generates a full transcript for each participant, letting users focus on the actual conversation rather than having to take notes.
Here’s Speechify’s Raheel Kazi on today’s release, and what it means for the company’s overall voice-first approach to AI-powered productivity:
“We don’t think you should need five accounts for five different services powered by Voice AI. Speechify is a single platform that understands who you are, gives you every Voice AI tool you need with a single account, and only gets better with time.”
The company adds that the feature is launching initially on the web, but “will soon be launching on Desktop and iOS/Android as well.” Still, once a meeting is processed, users can access summaries and transcripts directly on iOS and Android, where they can have them read aloud.
