Study: All major AI models violate EU regulations

Non-profit research foundation Aithos has found that all major AI models violate GDPR and EU AI regulations to varying degrees, The Register reports.

Aithos tested the models with its own tool LARA (Legal Assessment for Real-world Agents), which simulates real situations in which AI assistants can get into legally problematic situations.
