The professional social network LinkedIn has published the sixth edition of its Top Startups in Spain in 2025 list, the ranking that highlights the 20 most promising startups in the country. This classification, prepared with exclusive data from the platform, identifies the companies that are growing the fastest, generating job opportunities and capturing the interest of professional talent.
70% of the companies included in this edition make their debut on the list, reflecting the constant evolution of the Spanish entrepreneurial ecosystem. The selected startups stand out for their ability to attract investment, their rapid expansion and, above all, generate quality employment in key sectors such as technology, health, sustainability, financial services and digital commerce.
Among the main trends that mark this edition, companies that rely on artificial intelligence to automate B2B sales, create virtual assistants or generate personalized videos stand out; innovative proptech models focused on rental, co-ownership of second homes or fractional real estate investment; and the proposals that promote the digitalization of health, education, administrative procedures, hotel reservations or digital marketing.
“This list not only shows which companies are hiring, but which are connecting with talent, generating opportunities and transforming key sectors in an increasingly changing work environment»says Virginia Collera, head of LinkedIn News Spain and Latin America. «From artificial intelligence to digital health or finance, these startups reflect the priorities of a market that seeks agility, purpose and sustained growth».
