The Best Early Prime Day Deals on Dell Laptops, Desktops, and Monitors

We’re a week and change away Amazon Prime Day (which, if you haven’t heard, is ballooning to four straight days of price-chopping mayhem in 2025), and the company is already getting things moving with price drops on tech from all the major tech brands. If you’re shopping for computers, Dell’s worth checking in on, as they produce a massive array of laptops and desktops to fit just about every need. Here are four notable Dell deals from Amazon, with more to come as Prime Day approaches.

Dell Laptop Deals

When you dig into Dell, you quickly learn that it makes a lot of different laptops, and it can be tough to differentiate them from each other to find the real deals. Here we have a solid $100 price cut on the touch-screen Inspiron 1440, which we gave a positive review last year. We lauded its impressive 14-inch full HD display, and the internals are super solid for the price, featuring a decent AMD Ryzen 5 8640HS processor coupled with a generous 64GB of RAM and a 2TB SSD, making it killer for multitasking. This bundle also ships with a bunch of extra swag, including a wireless mouse, an external optical drive and a webcam protector.

Dell Gaming Laptop Deals

We haven’t finished putting the new Aurora 16 gaming laptops from Dell’s Alienware brand through its paces, but past experience indicates that it’s a more than capable unit that will end up on our list of the best gaming laptops. Amazon has a $100 price drop on this solid midrange model that also doubles as a potent mobile workstation thanks to a juicy 64GB of system RAM. The RTX 4050 pairs well with the laptop’s QHD+ display, and the 120Hz refresh rate is nothing to sneeze at. Throw in lots of connectivity options and this is an attractive buy.

Dell built its business on the back of desktop PCs, and it has consistently shipped massive numbers of towers for work, play, and home use. In our review of the XPS 8960, we gave it an Editors’ Choice award, with reviewer Charles Jefferies noting that it “provides ample expansion room for future upgrades, and its understated yet professional design fits well in almost any setting.” This tower comes in a wide variety of configurations, but this is a high-end performance model at a $350 discount, featuring a well-rounded loadout with tons of RAM for high-end content creation, rendering and more.
