OnePlus has set the OnePlus 15’s global debut for November 13, 2025, with faster performance, smarter software, and clearer photos, all wrapped in a cleaner-looking design.
As the phone has already been revealed in China, we know a lot about what’s coming. But it’s still great to get a firm date when we’ll know all the region-specific details.
The standout spec of the phone, at least the Chinese version, is the huge 7300mAh battery – a massive upgrade over the 6000mAh cell in the OnePlus 13. There is a chance this size could change in the move across regions, but hopefully that’s not the case.
Inside the phone, you’re getting Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and OxygenOS 16. That combo should (we’ll, of course, have to properly test to know for sure) keep everything feeling quick while adding more on-device intelligence.
OxygenOS 16 brings deeper hooks into Google’s Gemini, plus new language tools and helpful touches that try to anticipate what you need. OnePlus says the 16GB version also gets very fast LPDDR5X Ultra+ memory, so multitasking and heavy photo bursts should feel more responsive.
Cameras are a big focus, as they remain with all the best phones in 2025. The new DetailMax Engine blends frames to produce Ultra-Clear 26MP shots that hold onto tricky textures like hair, foliage and fabric. Clear Burst now shoots at up to 10fps, up from 6fps on the OnePlus 13, using dual exposure to freeze movement without turning fine detail to mush.
For night scenes, Clear Night Engine uses Dual Analog Gain to close timing gaps between exposures, so evening street shots and portraits look brighter and cleaner with less noise.
A sleek design
We also get three finishes with different personalities. Infinite Black uses frosted glass for a calm, fingerprint-resistant look. Sand Storm pairs a lightweight fiberglass back with a micro-arc oxidised metal frame that OnePlus says is tougher than typical mid-frames. Ultra Violet plays with a dual-layer optical coating that shifts from violet to sapphire as light hits it.

There are launch perks if you like to be early. From October 29 to November 13, you can place a €99 reservation on OnePlus.com and get an extra €50 off, with the chance to stack more offers while stock lasts.
OnePlus is also running pop-up events across Europe so you can try the phone in person, with dates in Helsinki and Amsterdam on November 13, London on November 17, Paris on November 21, Kraków on November 22 and Madrid on November 26.
The timing of the launch is somewhat of a surprise. While the OnePlus 13 was launched in China at a similar time last year, it didn’t come to regions like the UK until January 2025. For the OnePlus 15, the turnaround is much quicker.
