After multiple leaks and an accidental early listing on Amazon India, Vivo has officially confirmed the upcoming launch of the Vivo Y400 Pro in India. The teaser confirms one colour variant, and we now have a good look at what the mid-range device will bring to the table. Here’s everything we know about the Vivo Y400 Pro till now.
Vivo Y400 Pro Expected Specifications
The Vivo Y400 Pro will mostly sport a 6.77-inch quad-curved AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution. It also gets a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, giving it all the premium display features you’d expect. The screen features slim bezels and a centered punch-hole cutout for the front camera.
On the design front, the phone looks sleek and modern, and Vivo has already teased the Freestyle White variant. The back houses a vertically stacked dual-camera setup along with a distinct square-shaped LED flash.
Under the hood, the Y400 Pro is likely to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM. It will be available in two storage variants: 128GB and 256GB. The phone runs on Funtouch OS 15 right out of the box.
For photography, the rear setup is rumoured to include a 50 MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) for better low-light performance and stable shots. The second camera is a 2MP secondary sensor, while the front gets a 32 MP selfie camera.
The whole package will most likely pack a 5,500mAh battery with support for blazing-fast 90W wired charging. This will surely make it a standout in its segment. Overall, this device really looks like a great deal.
With its curved AMOLED display, fast 90W charging, Sony OIS camera, and stylish colours, the Vivo Y400 Pro seems set to a new standard in India’s upper mid-range market.
Vivo Y400 Pro Pricing and Expected Launch
The pricing of the Vivo Y400 Pro hasn’t been confirmed yet, but considering that the full spec sheet is already out, we could see the brand announce the phone very soon.
