Want to get your DIGIPIN? Just follow these steps:
- First of all, go to the official DIGIPIN portal: https://dac.indiapost.gov.in/mydigipin/home
- You can either allow the site to use your current location or search for your address manually.
- The system will generate a unique 10-character code for your exact location.
- That’s it—you’re done! You can now use your DIGIPIN for deliveries, online shopping, address verification, and even in emergency situations.
Will This Replace My Current Address?
Not really. You’ll still have your postal address, but DIGIPIN acts as an extra layer of accuracy. Think of it as a digital shortcut to your exact doorstep. And as more services start using it, like e-commerce platforms and government apps, you might find that just sharing your DIGIPIN is enough
